  About Us

For the last two decades, Granville has worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the world’s largest energy company, Saudi Aramco, and the world-class healthcare providers, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare.

Granville’s experience includes serving as:

  • General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH);
  • Senior Counsel and lead for Saudi Aramco’s Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Trade Compliance, and Economic Sanctions Programs;
  • Chief Compliance Officer for Aramco’s U.S. subsidiary in Houston Texas; and
  • Resident Counsel for Aramco’s European subsidiary in the Netherlands.
His accomplishments include:
  • supporting Boards of Directors through strategic transformation programs;
  • establishing and building regulatory compliance functions and programs;
  • developing and implementing enterprise risk management and cybersecurity programs; and
  • establishing legal functions and entities throughout Europe and Asia
Granville’s time and practice in Saudi Arabia coincides with the development of the Kingdom’s maturing regulatory environment and his extensive knowledge and practical experience makes him uniquely qualified to support businesses pursuing the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

For over three decades, Richard has led the execution of multibillion dollar construction and capital improvement projects in Saudi Arabia.

  • Senior Director/Project Manager for Meinhardt Arabia LLC, and
  • Deputy General Manager/Project Management for Saad Group and Financial Company.
  • Senior Business/Project Manager for Saudi Arabia Parsons LTD.
Key accomplishments include:
  • leading quality assurance control team for the King Abdullah Financial District project (SR 68 billion),
  • managing the construction of a premier Oncology Center in the Middle East ($155 million),
  • leading improvement initiative for Saad Industrial Facility,
  • implementing Aramco Southern Area Oil and Gas computerized document and control system ($1.1 billion),
  • business manager for Khuff Gas Aramco project ($250 million), and
  • Chairing ISO 9001-2000 committee for certification of Corporate Head Office and Hospital

The Corporate Governance Regulations, issued by the KSA Capital Market Authority, requires Boards of Directors to develop written policies to:
